Illegal hotel's construction continues

Hotel Algarrobico, located in the Cabo de Gata-Níjar Nature Reserve, is proceeding towards completion. The façade is now complete and the windows have been installed. Despite the fact that construction has been prohibited, the developer intends to complete the tower in time for the summer of 2007.Hotel Algarrobico is an architecturally contentious building, located in an untouched coastal area in the Almeria province. The building contravenes the Spanish Coastline Law that forbids the construction of any building within 40 metres of the sea.
